Unfortunately the industry is still using remodel and makeover interchangeably, when in reality, makeovers breathe fresh life into your project at a much lower cost. Remodels create a completely new home at a greater cost than makeovers, but far cheaper than building a new home for a similarly desired effect.

Accuracy

Remodeling can have many unknown factors when it comes to demolition and rebuilding. A lot of variables remain hidden until the demolition starts, which can easily balloon the price if there is extensive damage or lack of structural support. However, our contractor is able to make a detailed survey prior to starting, which typically catches a majority of the expected work that needs to happen behind the “curtain.”

Blending

Whether it’s a makeover or remodel, the biggest thing is the attention to detail, you want the changes to blend with the rest of your home, and not stick out like a sore thumb. We provide the necessary skills to blend the new with the old where needed. Not all remodels necessarily require blending, but when it is, we are excellent at it.
